By now I’m sure you’re all aware that I was a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader – it was honestly some of the best times of my life.

And now, I’m still a cheerleader, but in a different way – for myself, my family and my friends.

I mean, who doesn’t need a personal cheerleader when they are a balancing act themselves?  So many of us are juggling our family and our careers.

I believe we all need a cheerleader in everyday life – and the best cheerleader you’ll ever have is yourself.

Being a busy wife, mom and business owner can make anyone feel overwhelmed and like you need a clone to get everything done in a day.

I’m often asked how I balance everything and I honestly just try look at all of these beautiful gifts in life as a chance to mix and mingle the people I love, the things I love and the places I love … and just let life happen.

I start each day with prayer and some caffeine. Can I get an amen?

There is nothing more secure than knowing I’ve started my day with the Lord and praying as a family.

Now I will admit that I have my moments where I lose it or feel like I’m drowning in things to do but I try to remind myself that I don’t have to be the perfect wife, mom or business owner and to be patient and loving towards myself.

Patience allows ourselves to learn, listen and grow.

I encourage everyone to cheer yourself on, remind yourself you don’t have to be perfect but work on patience.

And if my advice doesn’t work for you then I’ll meet you for happy hour. There’s a reason it’s called happy, right!!!

Cheers to all you #wives #moms & #bosses
